Hi, I’m Jessica — a bookkeeper, payroll specialist, and mom of three. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve worked in payroll and accounting for companies big and small. Along the way, I saw the same pattern again and again: small business owners pouring their heart into their work but struggling to keep their finances organized.

With a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude), I bring a strong financial foundation to every client I work with. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve managed payroll, bookkeeping, and tax filings for businesses across multiple industries — from startups to established companies.

I’m skilled in QuickBooks, Excel, Paylocity, and other industry tools, but what really matters is how I use that experience to simplify your life. Whether it’s reconciling accounts, running payroll, or preparing clear reports, my goal is always the same: to make sure your numbers are accurate, your records are organized, and you feel confident about where your business stands.

I know how intimidating it can feel to let someone see the behind-the-scenes of your business. Numbers can feel vulnerable — but they’re also the key to growing with confidence. That’s why I started my bookkeeping business: to take the stress, confusion, and overwhelm out of the process, and replace it with clarity, structure, and peace of mind.
