From setup through ongoing processing and compliance, I handle all payroll tasks—so payments are accurate, timely, and compliant every time.

Can include payroll system setup, employee onboarding support (adding new hires to payroll system), accurate processing of payroll on your chosen schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions, payroll tax filings & compliance support, year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s, etc.), and ongoing support for payroll questions and adjustments.

  • If you’re behind on your books, start with a cleanup. If you want ongoing support, monthly bookkeeping is the best fit. If you have employees, payroll support may be a good add-on. When you book a free consultation, I’ll walk you through the best option for your business.

  • After we sign your contract, you’ll receive access to a secure Google Drive folder. This is where you can easily upload your documents, access helpful resources, and view or download your financial reports anytime.

  • Yes — your privacy is a top priority. Your information is never shared and we do not save your personal information outside of your folder and client portal.

  • It depends on how many months we’re catching up and how complex your books are. Most cleanups take 2–4 weeks. I’ll give you a clear timeline after reviewing your records.

  • Absolutely. Many clients start with a cleanup, then move into monthly bookkeeping. Others add payroll as their team grows. Your services can be tailored as your business needs change.

  • Yes! Most cleanup projects can be split into three payments — a deposit at booking, then additional payments at 30 and 60 days. Larger cleanups may qualify for extended plans on a case-by-case basis. For ongoing monthly services, payments are automatically processed each month to keep your cash flow simple and consistent.
